The facility/home releases any claims and causes of action inclusive of claims for contribution and indemnity, it may at any time have against the MPGL Group, or any one or more of its members, for any loss or matter arising from or related to their use of the Med-dINR application. There is no identifiable patient health information retained anywhere within Med-eINR, therefore, both PIPEDA and PHIPA requirements are satisfied.
